Group Blog

Welcome back to my blog. I have made a group of people for this new project, the commercial. I choose the members of my group for two reasons, they are my friends and they both have a great work ethic. All of the group members have their own unique skill sets which all come together to form a great team. There are three people in my group. My two partners are Elton and Luke. Elton has a strong knowledge of film. I have known Elton since middle school. He has always had a love for cinematography and how he could film different angles. Elton has always been interested in capturing moments exactly as they happen and I think that is a great trait to have in this project. Elton will be a great addition to the group by providing expertise in camera ability. Luke is one of the most creative people I know. I have also known Luke since middle school and as long as I've known him he always had a creative outlet. Whether it is the style of clothes he wears or the music he listens too, luke can make something dull, look extraordinary. I believe luke can add details to our commercial that would create a more intriguing and eye-catching environment. Luke would be the person in the group put in the "director". I believe that the mix of people in my group have a great skill set. With Luke and Elton, the three of us can create amazing commercials when we put the effort into them. I am more than excited to be able to do this project with my friends. While I am working with friends, our great work ethic will push us to do our best work.

Our Pitch

Hello, t he following are pitches my friends and I have come up with for the upcoming short film we are making in which I will be the lead actor.   Pitch A: "A high school girl goes to get snacks at a corner store to get some snacks, but who's watching?" Pitch B: "A professional soccer player joins a new team, but the coach is nothing like he expected." Yes?No?-(Pitch A):  As the lead actor of our upcoming short film, I am thrilled to share a pitch for the intense narrative that will unfold in our possible project , "In the Shadows." The story revolves around a 16-year-old high school girl, portrayed by our friend Sarah, who embarks on a seemingly ordinary trip to a corner store for snacks.
