The group

 Welcome back to my blog! For the upcoming assignment, the music video, I have chosen to be in a group with Elton and Luke. In the last project, the commercial, we were all in the same group aswell. In the commercial we worked well together through communication and time management. That is the reason we decided to work in the same group again. Today all group members joined a call to talk about the song  selection. The conversation was great. On top of choosing a song we collectively talked about all of our worries and solved them. My group decided not only the genre of music we would choose but also the exact song. For this music video my group and I have decided to make a christmas themed music video. The song of our choosing was All I want For Christmas by Mariah Carey. We chose to create a christmas themed music video due to the fact that the winter season is among us. For our roles in the creation of the music video we are all going to do a little bit of everything. Elton is going to be most focused on editing the video. His main goal is to expand on the editing front because music videos have more effects than commercials. Luke and I will mostly be focused on props and locations. My group and I believe that we are going to most likely be filming at the beach and at the mall. During the winter months the city decorates the local mall and beach with christmas decorations. Hopefully the music video is just as fun to record and edit as the commercial. Until we start filming our music video we will just be communicating on things we can add.

Hello, t he following are pitches my friends and I have come up with for the upcoming short film we are making in which I will be the lead actor.   Pitch A: "A high school girl goes to get snacks at a corner store to get some snacks, but who's watching?" Pitch B: "A professional soccer player joins a new team, but the coach is nothing like he expected."
