Get to know the crew

Filming alone is a challenging thing to do. It is crucial that if you're working in a group, you have qualified members that are able to handle the same amount of work as you. Each person must have a similar workload to make it easier on the group as a whole. A positive mindset is also key to getting everything to workout just as you may want. Anyways, lets get into who I actually get to work with in this project. 2 of my group members remained the same as the last projects. These are Elton and Luke who have been my good friends since 7th grade. The additional person is Sarah. I have also known her since 7th grade, which makes the entire group that much more reliable. Watching each person's personalities grow on their own, amazing ways helped me decide who to work with. Elton is one of the most determined and hard-working people that I have ever met. When he wants to do something he puts it to his head and gets it done. He does not waste time and for example he is very on track with due dates and times. The next member part of my group is Luke. He is quite unique, and has a certain passion for movies. Due to the fact that he likes movies, it also helps his work ethic with this class, since it's practically all about movies. Luke is also pretty quiet sometimes, but he gets his work done when needed. He has proven himself with that on the last 2 projects we did. I am very glad to be working with the same people I've been working with all year, however there is one person in our group I haven't mentioned yet. Lastly, we have Sarah in our group, She can be very helpful and creative in all aspects of the project. For little, additional, last minute tasks that are needed to be done, you can usually count on her for that. She is open to doing anything that will benefit our project, which is why I am glad she is working with us.
