Our Weekend Filming Delay

Hey blog! The first week of the month has passed and no filming has been completed. My group had plans to film this weekend but those fell through due to our members overlaying schedules. One of our members, Sarah, had to go on a trip out of town this weekend. This was a major factor to us not shooting this weekend due to the fact that Sarah is the main actress. My group mate Elon and I were extremely disappointed that we could not get the filming done this weekend but, what could we really do? Despite our set back, our group remained focused on our goal to film. Over the weekend, Elton and I spent several hours planning out and rehearsing so that we will be all good to film when Sarah gets back. This hiccup in our process has tested the groups patience and commitment to filming and has been a great learning experience. Instead of complaining about Sarah being gone, we stayed focused and did fall apart. We just have to be patient now. Next weekend, we will regroup and put our minds together to bring our film to reality. On the bright side, this extra time also gives me time to go out and scout filming locations. I just obtained my drivers license, so it has made the process of finding filming locations a lot simpler. In the grand scheme of things, missing one weekend of filming is not too big of a deal. The group of us are determined to see the project through to the end and we embrace every challenge. I cannot wait to see how our group is going to play this project out. For now, it is time to worry about continuing on. On to the next week. Bye, blog!
